It sounds like your work is still queued. Has this completed by now?
The UseGalaxy.eu server has been under very heavy usage load recently, and this is the topic where we were previously discussing the situation. It contains some details about how you can review the server statistics. The server is currently processing thousands of jobs every hour!
All this activity is great news for science but individual scientists will need to be patient! Our best advice is to leave queued jobs queued and to avoid deleting and rerunning, as the “rerun job” enters back at the end of the queue again, extending your wait time. Later, once your data is loaded, using Galaxy workflows can help to optimise your throughput when competing for a slot on the public computational nodes.
Then, for your queued Upload job, this is a waiting period while the job is dispatched to the clusters. It is pending execution.
Since there is no data loaded yet, if you attempt to use the eye icon to view the contents of the (still empty) file, a warning message like yours will be reported. Going into the i-info icon instead will list the command line and job logs (that will be empty until the job completes and reports information back about what happened).
I hope this explains the current situation. The local EU administrative team will be back soon in their morning and can update us about anything special that may be going on with their server.
