VCF-comapre command not found

Hi everyone.
I try to check my results with VCF-Compare. It worked well until the new year. Since then, the job still seems to run but returns a emty file with this standard error:
/bin/bash: warning: setlocale: LC_ALL: cannot change locale (C.UTF-8)
/data/jwd07/main/095/478/95478633/tool_script.sh: line 22: vcf-compare: command not found

If someone could look into this, it would be very nice.
