Dear colleagues
I am adapting the tutorial Hands-on: Reference-based RNA-Seq data analysis / Reference-based RNA-Seq data analysis / Transcriptomics to my own needs. And I am working in this md file: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/pacthoen/BMW2_RNA_clust_vis/refs/heads/main/tutorial/tutorial.md
What is now the way to wrap this new .md file into html? Is there a Galaxy specific wrapper for .md files that also interprets the boxes like question and solution?
Where can I find a tutorial / video on this?
Best
Peter-Bram
Hi @pacthoen,
please go to Hands-on: Preview the GTN website as you edit your training material / Preview the GTN website as you edit your training material / Contributing to the Galaxy Training Material and select “Command-line” for instructions on how to build the html files for your local version of the training material.

Dear @wm75. Thank you for your swift reply. Unfortunately I cannot find the “Command-line” instructions that you are referring to. I almost finished my tutorial in .md (still need to work a bit more on the formatting in particular). It can be found here for your reference: BMW2_RNA_clust_vis/tutorial/tutorial.md at main · pacthoen/BMW2_RNA_clust_vis · GitHub

Hmm, when I click on my link above it takes me to a text box within the tutorial with the command line choice button right there.
