I am not an admin for the ORG server, hence, just general suggestions. Try data clean-up using the Storage Dashboard available in User (the top Galaxy menu) > Preferences. Check if you have deleted but not purged histories in Data (the top Galaxy menu) > Histories > in Search bar toggle Advanced search (in the right end of the search bar) and change status to Deleted. Try data analysis in batches, if possible.

Ive tried several ways, the only way that is possible is just to increase the storage since my sequence is too large…

It seems I was wrong about the shared storage. The ORG server provides a temporary 1 Tb storage for one month. Try User (the top Galaxy menu) > Preferences > Storage location.
