All tools fail immediately — FastQC and others return "There is no context to provide a response

Hi! I’m working on [usegalaxy.org] and noticed that every job I submit, even simple tools like FastQC, fails instantly and turns red.

The error message says: > "An error occurred while running the tool [...] There is no context to provide a response."

I’ve double-checked:

  1. My quota is not full (still plenty of free space)
  2. My input files are correct
  3. Parameters are default and valid

Even with test files or previously working workflows, the tools fail before starting. Is this a known server issue or related to recent maintenance? Thanks in advance!

I am having the same issue just now. Jobs are failing that I ran successfully earlier today. I tried to re-upload my fasta input files that I uploaded successfully yesterday but those uploaded failed as well.

Please try again now. There was a two hour window on the UseGalaxy.org server where jobs were failing. A rerun should solve those problems now.
