Is it possible to update the database for the genome annotation bakta?
Currently there are two database versions available: V5.0_2023-02-20 and V5.1_2024-01-19. The newest version is V6.0_2025-02-24.
This is a great place to ask about potential updates to Galaxy tools or indexes!
