Hi, if i give as input two files fastqsanger.gz, the output of this tool should be fastqsanger.gz (as indicated in the format box of the output in the history), but if i try to download it and open the file i receive an error like if it’s not an archive; even when i try to use the output for unicycler i receive errors

It seems the software has a bug: it assigns incorrect datatype to the output files. I tested it on PE gastsnger.gz files. The output files are uncompressed, but have fastqsanger.gz datatype. Change datatypes manually. Click at Edit Attributes (pencil) icon, in the middle window switch to Datatype tab and in Assign datatype section change fastqsanger.gz to fastqsanger.
