bcftools mpileup - bcf files - unable to generate meta file

bcf files are generated successfully, but then the system can not generate meta file or can not identify the type of the file.
Status will stay “queued” and it doesn’t allow to use such file for the next step as it is not recognized.

example: Job API ID bbd44e69cb8906b5c858719e80373b31

In some cases running the same job by using the older version :
bcftools call (Galaxy Version 1.9+galaxy1)
may do the work.
