Bowtie2 Galaxy Version 2.5.3+galaxy1: Data set colection

Hi,

I would like to ask. I have nested dataset colection and I was doing Bowtie2 Galaxy Version 2.5.3+galaxy1: Data set colection. Now, there is no such option in newest version. I tried to run it with similar results + I got warning (I tried twice).

Which one should be better in my case?

Hi,

the old Paired Dataset Collection option is now the Paired-end option in the latest version.

So if you have been using the tool as you describe before, paired-end will just work for you now
