Request to install the RSEM generate data matrix tool (IUC ToolShed ID: toolshed.g2.bx.psu.edu/repos/iuc/rsem/rsem_generate_data_matrix) on usegalaxy.eu to enable end-to-end paired-end RNA-seq workflows. (admin edit)

Hello Galaxy EU Admin team,

I have a paired-end RNA-seq pipeline that uses the rsem-generate-data-matrix tool (IUC ToolShed ID: toolshed.g2.bx.psu.edu/repos/iuc/rsem/rsem_generate_data_matrix, version 1.3.1+galaxy0) to produce gene and isoform count matrices. Currently that tool isn’t available on usegalaxy.eu.

Could you please install RSEM generate data matrix from the IUC ToolShed? This will allow my workflow (and others) to run end-to-end without workarounds.

Are you after “Build expression matrix for a de novo assembly of RNA-Seq data by Trinity”?
It is available in Europe.
