Docking of a protein with no ligand
Welcome, @FOZIAH_ALSHUBAILY
This forum is for help when using the GalaxyProject.org platform. What we can help with here:
-
If you share information about your work, we can help with troubleshooting problems. See the banner for how to do this, or here directly → How to get faster help with your question
-
If you are looking for tutorials, we can help you to choose where to look for these in our resources. Proteomics resources can be found here → Proteomics / Tutorial List.
-
We can also help you to find tools. You can also search for tools in the tool panel, or navigate there using advanced functions, then at the bottom of tool forms there is a Help section with author guides and links to tutorials as available.
With that context, I am not sure I understand what your question is about, or if it was just a comment? Can you please explain more about your goals? The short answer is that you would need at least two molecules to perform a protein docking analysis, and to comment more is highly situational!
Thanks!
