Circos - can't call method "colorExact" error

Hi,

I followed the tutorial ‘Visualisation with Circos’ and tried both hg18_karyotype_withbands.txt (custom) and Human hg18 (preset). After I ran the tool I obtained the following error in both cases:

Can’t call method “colorExact” on an undefined value at /usr/local/tools/_conda/envs/mulled-v1-3cf5c7d734898be0f8d76d0fbf3face5f99ca4b3a9b294235f9271dd27115368/bin/…/lib/Circos/Colors.pm line 348, line 886.

Here’s my history: Galaxy | Europe

Please, can you help me with that?

Edit: tried 0.69.8+galaxy9, 0.69.8+galaxy10, 0.69.8+galaxy12

I can reproduce the error at UseGalaxy.eu. Please submit a bug from the red error dataset to let those administrators know about the problem. Ping @hexylena

You can try to run the tutorial at UseGalaxy.org for now instead. Use the most current version of the tool for best results (older versions might have this problem still). Direct link to the tool → circos/0.69.8+galaxy10
