The tool doesn’t seem to be “wrapped for Galaxy” yet: https://toolshed.g2.bx.psu.edu/
If you are interested in doing that, these tutorials have instructions. Once all is in place, then the public servers would consider hosting. https://training.galaxyproject.org/training-material/topics/dev/
