As a lot of other people have had happen, I am not receiving verification emails from Galaxy, and so cannot use the site. My email is spelled correctly, and there is nothing in spam, trash, or any other filter.

Hi Galaxy Devs, I’m one of the lucky ones not receiving an activation email either. It’s not in spam or anything else.
My students (20 all on the same university email server) are not getting the verification email either. Some also tried their personal emails and did not get one either.
I am not getting the confirmation email either. I also tried the personal emails, and still not working.

We are working to restore the account activation and password reset functions at UseGalaxy.org.

Email services at UseGalaxy.org has been restored at our service provider TACC. ![]()
If you already created an account, you can request a password reset, and a new email will be sent. This will function similar to the original account activation email to get your account confirmed. Use the link, update your password, submit.
