Hello!
I’m working in Galaxy France, and apparently the platform is having some issues loading the tools. Currently I’m running my data with DADA2 since yesterday, and the “learnError” and “dada” tools have been running very slow. At some point some of the tools in DADA2 were not loading correctly. I don’t know if there are issues on the entire cluster or specifically on DADA2.
Could someone help me with this? Thank you very much!
