Good day, I have an issue of my data having queued for over 24 hours and even if I upload new data I am still receiving a queued status. I have even started a new history but it is still giving me a queued status

Thanks for asking about the problem! I was able to locate these files and yes, they have been queued for about 19 hours in one history, and 22 hours in another, which does seem too long to wait for four simple files (loaded twice into different histories) when you don’t have any other queued datasets.
(The others queued in your list of histories were imported a few weeks ago, and are stale snapshot copies of that prior shared data).
We had a small queue backup of some work from Sunday these are still clearing through the system. Yours are likely in that batch and we would expect those to process within the next few hours.

I am still facing the same challenge. Nothing has changed and my datasets are still being queued. Do I perhaps need to do something for them to continue running?

I just looked closer at your two histories. One of them had a several of the longer running Kraken2 jobs executing.
It seems like the last set in your original batch is just now finishing up. Once those complete, more concurrent jobs will open up for your account and the Upload jobs should process next. Try to stay logged in, but if you are disconnected, you can try again.
You did everything correctly! To “stop” the prior work, deleting the datasets (or history) was the way to get rid of them! How this works: if a job is only queued, then it is never sent to a cluster and it will clear out quickly. However, if a job has already started executing (already dispatched to a cluster), then the next interaction point is when the results are sent back to your Galaxy account. When a dataset is in a deleted state, then the associated job will enter a failed state. This prevents any downstream jobs dependent on the output from starting up next.
