On my account (d.rieth) I had a flaw running a dataset in kraken2 and deleted the job. The deleted job is appearantly still running and preventing my new jobs from running through… I tried reactivating and deleting it again but it didnt work.

Try delete permanently option. Click at Bin (deleted) icon at the top of the history menu. Deleted jobs are marked by Bin icon with an arrow pointing up. Activate Select items (tick icon at the left end of the grey bar above datasets in history panel). Select deleted jobs (tick boxes). You’ll see a new pull-down menu for XX selected from YY or something similar in the grey bar. Select Delete Permanently option.
It may help. If not, you need to talk server admins. They can delete the jobs.
I noticed a similar issue on Galaxy Australia, mainly for jobs submitted as a collection, or when an output is a collection.
