Deseq2 fatal error: cannot match any column

Hi,

I have 6 tabular files (.txt), with the same number of rows and columns, no decimals or empty rows or columns. They contain data from FeatureCounts analysis. I tried to run Deseq2 (3 vs 3 tabular), but I encounter the following error:

        Error in `[<-.data.frame`(`*tmp*`, files, factor_name, value = "Controlli") :  column name "" cannot match any column Calls: [<- -> [<-.data.frame

Why? Can anyone help me understand?

Hi @Valentina
It looks like a job setup issue. Can you share the history and paste the URL here, so people can have a look. If you have many files, copy relevant datasets into a new history. To share a history, click at History options (three horizontal bars) icon at the top right corner of the history panel, Share or Publish, and in the middle window make history accessible.
