Hello,
Please, I am trying to run DiffBind on my ChIP-Seq data, I have one replicate, and I am getting this error message!
Any suggestions, please!

Hi @shamjdeed

At least two replicates per condition are required. And for Diffbind, the first condition must be specifically named “Condition” (quirk in how the underlying wrapped tool works).
