Edge R is missing from my account since 30/09/2025. Please, how can I find it in my account, as when I write it in the tool section (edgeR) the result is (NO results found). Please could you guide me to solve the issue?.

edgeR is available on Galaxy Europe. By any chance, do you use one of sub-sites (labs)? What URL do you see in the address bar? Is it just usegalaxy.eu or it has something at the start of the string? If yes, switch to the base site. Click at the flask (sites) icon in the top right part of the screen, next to the question mark icon and select Base site.
