Ensembl FTP doesn't work

Hello,

I’m trying to download some files directly from Ensembl FTP:

Upload Data (Download from web or upload from disk) > Choose remote files > ENSEMBL FTP server

Unfortunately, the only message I receive is:

“Problem listing file source path FileSourcePath(file_source=, path=‘/’)”.

Could someone please help me to solve the problem? Or maybe suggest another way to do this?

Hi @Magdalena_Kub,
could you provide more details about which file are you trying to download? I checked it with a few of them, and it seems to work fine.
