Hello,
I ran out of space, so I transferred a bunch of files to Scratch folder.
Now I am trying to run FASTQC and I am receiving this error code. It previously ran with no issues before I moved files around. Any tips on what is causing this error now?

Update
We have an active server event that is impacting accounts at UseGalaxy.org. This is unrelated to where data may be located (scratch storage versus regular storage spaces).
