I am getting this error when running Humann. Thanks for any help!
FATAL: While checking container encryption: could not open image /cvmfs/singularity.galaxyproject.org/all/humann:3.9--py312hdfd78af_0: failed to retrieve path for /cvmfs/singularity.galaxyproject.org/all/humann:3.9--py312hdfd78af_0: lstat /cvmfs/singularity.galaxyproject.org: no such file or directory
For this error, I would suggest trying a rerun. It seems the job container didn’t initialize correctly. This can be a transient problem .. simply due to the very large number of concurrent jobs some tiny fraction will fail by chance!
I’ll also run a tool test the UseGalaxy.eu server. To make sure I am reviewing the correct tool, this is the tool version you are using?
HUMAnN to profile presence/absence and abundance of microbial pathways and gene families (Galaxy Version 3.9+galaxy1)
If you want to confirm or clarify, that would be helpful too! You can also post back a share link to your history that contains the error and we can review your failure case specifically for feedback!
Hello yes that is the tool I am using (HUMAnN to profile presence/absence and abundance of microbial pathways and gene families (Galaxy Version 3.9+galaxy1)
The strange thing is that when I do the run on usegalaxydotorg, it seems to be running ok (not completed yet). But the usegalaxydoteu produces an error. I will try it again maybe tomorrow to see if it persists.
Great, thanks for clarifying the tool! The EU server is currently restarting, so perhaps your error was related to that. Let’s catch up in a few hours or possibly tomorrow if this takes longer. Xref → https://status.galaxyproject.org/
