when I uploaded my data set in to the galaxy I exposé this error:
faster-dump.log
an error occurred with this dataset. format .txt database
how can I handle this. I upload files from GEO2R-SRA RUN selector

It sounds like there was a problem with the input query accession terms, and you do not yet have fastq reads. Maybe the accession formatting was incorrect? Or, there was a problem with a rule?
