Errors with SortMeRNA tool in galaxy

Hi there,
I have downloaded my files into galaxy and am able to retrieve FastQC and MultiQC reports, but I can’t get the tool ‘sortmeRNA’ to work - it always comes up with a fatal error (:slightly_frowning_face:) (error below- says no file in directory? but all other tools used seem to work…). I’m using the data from reads that have been trimmed using trimmomatic, using the paired read option and putting R1 forward read, R2 reverse reads, however even without using trimmomatic first still doesnt seem to like it… any one else had this issue before? Thanks!

e[0;31mERRORe[0m: the file could not be opened: No such file or directory.

This error

seems like a server issue. Have you tried a rerun yet? Please do that first if you haven’t.

If the error is persistent, you can share back your work for feedback and troubleshooting help here. How to share you history is explained here, and you can post that link back in a reply.

And as an example, I started up a test run with the tool at the UseGalaxy.eu server. Maybe it helps, too?

Let’s start there, and let us know if you are able to solve this yourself, too!
