Failed to betaupload

Upload Progress shows 100% completed, but the dataset does not appear in the history.

Storage Dashboard shows 729.7 MB / 268.4 GB permanent storage used and 0 B / 1.1 TB scratch storage used, so the uploaded file does not appear to have been registered in either storage source.

Clicking the completed upload entry does nothing.

The upload took approximately four hours. Is the completed/staged upload recoverable server-side, or do I need to upload the file again?

Have you found your dataset yet? I’m wondering if it was loaded into a different history than you expected.

To find it, try going to the Activity bar (far left) → Datasets and allow that to view to load up. From here you can navigate to the history that contains the file.

Please give that a try and let us know what happens! :slight_smile:
