We have one cluster that is extremely busy! The size of the data will be unrelated. Instead, the cluster dispatching could account for a few more queued jobs that usual right now. The backlog should clear sometime later today so be sure to stay connected to Galaxy if the file is coming from your computer (and not a URL).
