Dear Galaxy EU,
I am not able to find the MultiQC tool anymore. I used it before, but it does not appear anymore at my tools. Is there any reason I cannot use this anymore? I would like to use the MultiQC to put my many FastQC files in.
Thanks!

Hi @milaisabellebolger,
thanks for reaching out.
I can search for multiqc on EU and found this one:
Can you access that?
Happy research!
Hi,
Yes, I used to always use that one. When I click on your link I am able to see the tool in a separate screen (but not logged in). However, when I try to find that tool logged in and in my history, I am not able to find it/ it is not there.
All the best
Even if I copy the tool ID, it is not able to track it down.
So if you go on usegalaxy.eu and log in and click on tools and enter multiqc, it does not appear at all?
Are you trying to find the output from this tool? From a prior run you had?
If yes, one of these is probably going on:
The dataset is not active in the current history. You can use the advanced search at the top of the history to expand the search, or you can toggle into the deleted and/or hidden tabs directly.
The dataset is in a history that is no longer your current history. Navigate between histories under Activities (left panel) → Histories or History Multiview.
More ideas:
Another way to search all of your datasets is under Activities (left panel) → Datasets. If you don’t see Datasets in your list of activities yet, click into Activities (left panel) → More first.
Having an account at multiple servers is pretty common. Were you working at a different public Galaxy server when you generated this data? Do you need to check there?
So, a few more ways to explore! A screenshot may help us to better understand what you are trying to do: are you trying to find a tool to use it, or instead trying to find a prior result from a specific tool?
If you solved this, or are still stuck, please let us know! ![]()
