Subject: Workflow4Metabolomics Galaxy login page stuck on Loading

Dear Workflow4Metabolomics team,

I have been unable to access the Workflow4Metabolomics Galaxy server for the past two days. When I open the login page, it remains stuck on “Loading…” and the Galaxy interface never finishes loading.

I have tried refreshing the page and using different browsers, but the problem persists.

Could you please check whether there is currently a problem with the Galaxy server or authentication service?

My W4M account contains important analysis histories and datasets, so I would appreciate your assistance.

Hopefully you have seen this by now, but the https://workflow4metabolomics.usegalaxy.fr/ server is undergoing some maintenance! Depending where you are in the world, the french time zone could be around now!

My guess was that they had some instability leading up to this, and that appears to be reflected in the server status graphs here:

Once the banner clears, then please try again!
