Galaxy Update and multiple errors.

Hello Galaxy support.
There was an update on the interface over the weekend and since it there are all kind of issues.
The update was for about 15 - 30 min, in general the submitted jobs were not affected.
However the whole functionality of the site was totaly affected after the update.

Here I will try to explain some issues that I noticed but that may not be all:

  1. After the processing some bcf files are not recognized for the correct type of datafile.
  2. Workflow jobs from the previous version doesn’t work on the new version interface. After submitting the job it will stay in “new” status and it may never start.
  3. Workflow steps that worked without any issues are now failing under the new interface. Just some very simple tasks can not recognize the data file or if they start it will produce an error in a short time.

Please validate what is wrong with the new interface, if possible please roll back to the previous version that was working much better.

The problem seems to be fixed now, it’s working.
