GalaxyEurope storage not refreshing

Hello, I am currently using Galaxy Europe and I’ve purged some items from my history to make space. However, my storage is still remaining at 100%. Are there issues with the server at the moment?

Purged data can sometimes take up to a day to clear. More at storage-dashboard

You can go into the User → Preferences → Storage Dashboard view to both review what the status is and to nudge the process to go a bit quicker by using the Refresh function.

A dataset could have many copies in your account. Deleting all copies is how to reduce quota. This topic from last week has the details for reviewing closer. → Data not purging - #2 by jennaj

If none of this advice explains what is going on yet – do you want to explain a bit more? How much data, when was it purged, and which storage space were these located in? Server defaults or did you make a choice for one of the others? You can share screenshots if you want to.
