How do i update the database in this tool?

Thanks for asking about this! It looks like the newer release was announced a few days ago.
The index is very large and must be hosted on the Galaxy server itself.
I’ve made the request here for tracking → Update GTDB-Tk indexes to R10-RS226 · Issue #68 · galaxyproject/idc · GitHub
The change will not be immediate. For now you can use R09-RS220 at the UseGalaxy servers.
