heat map in beta diversity (Mothur)

Hi everyone,
I am trying to use Heatmap.sim tool for generating heat maps for beta diversity. The heat map is not being generated, but the svg files were generated, it displays like this

Heatmap for input_dist.dat
TGF
TGF
WTF
WTF

all over the page. Can anyone help me out what am I missing in parameters or whats the issue. I am sharing my history.

We have some prior Q&A about SVG files

• this is one of the topics → SVG troubleshooting

• all topics → Search results for 'svg order:latest' - Galaxy Community Help

The summary for the data type (any tool, since it is a global function)

• UseGalaxy.eu – SVG data will display

• UseGalaxy.org – SVG data will not display, but you can download the image and use other software

• UseGalaxy.org.au – I’m not sure! But this could be tested.
