Hi Galaxy Community/Support Team,
I’m encountering a persistent error while trying to run the coverM tool on the Galaxy platform and would appreciate any guidance.
Error Details
-mkdir: cannot create directory ‘single/’: File exists
Tool fails immediately with this error during execution.
What I’ve Tried
✓ Clearing my history and deleted datasets
✓ Creating a new Galaxy account (worked temporarily)
Request for Help
- Is this a known issue with coverM? Are there workarounds?
- Could this be related to server-side temporary files that need cleaning?
