Hg38 reference genome not found in the Ref genome options

Dear all,

I am running a pipeline on usegalaxy.eu and could not find the hg38 reference genome in the list for the ReorderSam tool. However, it appears and works correctly on usegalaxy.org. I am not sure whether this is something I am doing wrong or a platform issue.

I prefer using usegalaxy.eu because it is significantly faster for me than .org. What would you recommend I do in this case?

Hi @Bana,

we can try to add the reference to the list for the tool this week.

However, I would also like to know your use case for the tool, in general, since this tool is a very rare choice and it could well be that there is room for optimizing your analysis workflow.

If you don’t mind providing such info that would be great!
