How to get the public shared libraries that I can see in usegalaxy.org on my local instance

I created local instance on Linux computer. I can access the server with http://localhost:8080. How can I get all the shared data libraries otherwise available with usegalaxy.org?

That is generally not a good idea since there are many terabytes of data in those libraries on usegalaxy.org. Could you please describe what is your intention with that data? Maybe I can help more then.
