How to use Samtools view for filtered HISAT2 data?

I am trying to filter the HISAT2 results data with the MAPQ parameter. Kindly guide me.

Hi @abhi_g,

Have you considered “Filter BAM”? It has detailed examples of various filtering options in the Help section, at the bottom of the job setup page.
