I cannot run interproscan because its asking for the option “file type required” but in the same time, there is not options availaible for this field… I don’t know how to do …

I could not find "file type required” at the InterProScan job setup page. It has “Type of the input sequences”. I checked InterProScan in Australia, Europe and on the ORG server and don’t see an issue with this option: it shows the default option “Protein” and “DNA / RNA” is available as an alternative.
Can you, please, provide more information on the issue?

thank you very much for your mail. so in fact its on Galaxy France. I paste here the error :
Finely I used Galaxy europe for wich there is no problem. But I think in the France server its worth it to have a look.
