The message is reporting that it was looking for that accession but didn’t find it in one of your input sources. Maybe there is a mixup? Or the logic for the match needs to allow a not found state, and then keep going with the others?
You could try running again, to see if the issue was a file transfer on the cluster (should be transient!), before looking into the data content itself.
