i’m trying to change the job_conf.xml in my own local galaxy in order to run both tools with conda and Docker containers as requirements without specifing each tool in the file.
I’have read and studied the job_conf.xml.sample_advanced and tried different configuration changing the destination block, for example using the docker_dispatch option, but always only one of the two type of tools runs.
Do you have any suggestion in how changing the job_conf.xml file ?
