I am using galaxy for Trinity assembly data is only 3GB (1sample) 3GB (2 sample). After refreshing also, It is showing “Job is waiting to run”. This is insect data which came late by company. If I could not complete in this week, we will not able to catch insects for validation.
Kindly help to resolve this issue.

The public Galaxy servers execute jobs as the shared computational resources become available.
Leave queued jobs queued. Avoid deleting and rerunning, as that places new jobs back at the end of the queue.
