My account has problem from last night that any of the new job summitted will be in waiting (not even running) forever, even only for uploading a simple text file to the server:
The operation I can do here is only creating new histories, deleting files and transfer file between histories. Please advise on how to restart the account that I can do file upload and use tools on it.
It sounds like you have jobs that are queueing. That is normal and happens in Galaxy in any account. My guess is that you have many other jobs either queued, or executing, or some mix of both, in addition to the job in the screenshot. The best advice we have is to allow those all to process and to avoid deleting/rerunning.
If you still need more help, I would be curious about the server where you are working (the URL, find this at the top of your browser window). Maybe something is going on with the server itself? We can help to confirm the server-status
