Jobs queues: how to check the server stats at UseGalaxy.eu

I am getting same problem don’ know what is the issue

Our queue is flooded with Kraken2 jobs by many difference users. Right now we have around ~2500 jobs to process just for this tool alone. You can check the stats of the queue here: https://stats.galaxyproject.eu/
I believe we cannot do much in this situation than waiting.

For anyone curious, this is where to review with some screenshots showing what to look at. To highlight a tool, I started with a browser “find” on a keyword, then reviewed the different sections. The first is queued jobs for that tool, the second is showing how many are processing at a time. Hopefully this helps to navigate the view!

Updated Homepage

The view on the server homepage changed a bit recently, so this is how the same landmarks are now organized:

GTDB-Tk status

I see about 120 queued jobs right now (seems to range between 110-140 recently), and the server is processing through about 4 of these jobs concurrently at any particular time.
