It seems the “Include children” and “Include parents” do not work for the resulting files of Kraken2 in the Gaxlaxy.

We can investigate and suggest changes if the current tool isn’t doing something you want, or if it has a technical issue we can confirm and share with the developers.
Would you like to share an example? A shared history link (you can copy the subset data into a new history), the dataset numbers involved, and perhaps some screenshots to help me to know what parts you think are incorrect can all get this started.
