Long job scheduling delays on usegalaxy.eu

Hello Galaxy Support Team,

Since October 29, 2026, I have been experiencing unusually long job scheduling delays on usegalaxy.eu.

Several SAMtools Sort jobs remained in the waiting state for hours before eventually completing. Newly submitted BAM-readcount jobs are now experiencing similar delays.

Could you please check whether there is an issue with the job scheduler or compute queue on Galaxy Europe?
