MITOS2 missing reference data

Hi there,

I’m annotating some mitochondrial genomes using the MITOS2 webserver but my reference data appears to be missing. I need the Caloenas nicobarica genome (bCalNic1.hap1). I’m not sure how to get in contact with the administrators so this can be added.

Your species is a vertebrate. This means the RefSeq category Opisthokonta should include it.
