After analysing data using MrBayes in https://usegalaxy.eu/, output files are not created. No output files found. Only a text file was found. Could you please help me?

Thank for reporting this issue. Seems the Galaxy tool wrapper needs quite some improvement.
I’ll see if we can get something usable out in the next couple of weeks, but cannot promise any specific timeline atm.
