Msconvert job failing on usegalaxy.org with Wine/disk quota errors

Hello, I am following the Galaxy DIA/OpenSWATH proteomics tutorial and running msconvert. The job first failed with:

wineserver: /tmp/.wine-0 is not owned by you

After rerunning one file, it failed with:

[Errno 122] Disk quota exceeded: ‘/corral4/main/jobs/…’

My history storage shows only a small percentage used, so this seems related to the job scratch directory or msconvert/Wine environment. Could someone please check whether this is a server-side issue?

There was an issue with the .ORG server. I believe it is resolved now. Please, try i now.

We had the same problem on .eu server. We managed to to fix the tool with some trickery in the TPV rules.
