Hi @gallardoalba,
usegalaxy.eu doesn’t have repeatmasker tool but it has repeatmodeler. Tutorial is based on repeatmasker!!!

yes, that tool is available in usegalaxy.eu, but there’s a problem in the tool browser, so it is not easy to find it: repeatmasker.
