Is the ability to use a reference genome from history going to be added to this tool at some point?

Hey,

Have you checked the list of available genomes provided in the Parabricks tool: Galaxy ? Around 20-30 reference genomes (with their pre-built indices) are available.

If you require additional organisms which are not listed above, please provide us your list of reference genomes (FASTA files). We will index them and make them available on our server. Then you can easily choose them from the Using reference genome * list in the Parabricks tool and subsequently use for mapping.

Parabricks does not index genomes automatically. Indexing a reference is a prior step.
